Montco Mamas by Maternity Care Coalition

Montco Mamas is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Black and Brown birthing people, infants, and families in Montgomery County. As an initiative powered by Maternity Care Coalition and the Montgomery County Maternal and Early Childhood Consortium, the program combines data-driven strategy with deep community care.

The goal was to create a visual identity and campaign system that felt both supportive and empowering—something that could connect with the community while clearly communicating available resources and opportunities.
